Peek A Boo
Peek a boo is very popular at our house. Baby Gia is always disappearing on us. Today, she disappeared behind her hands and some smeared food.

Never Enough
Gianna will eat until she pukes from time to time if you let her. Whoever said that babies don’t over eat is wrong – period. This morning, Gia was eating Cheerio’s and banana, and I ran out to load the car. I came back in, and ‘Lil Miss managed to get this pizza box off of the table and onto her tray. Unfortunately for her, it was empty.
Entertainment
This weekend, Amber and Dziadzia came to visit. They both found Gianna extremely entertaining. She does quite a bit of imitating now, and she is very demanding, which they took great pleasure in watching.
I was snapping my fingers, and if you look closely, you’ll see that Gia is trying to do the same.
We are thinking that she pretends that she is answering a phone. She puts her hand up to her ear and talks. It is adorable. I guess that is what you get when your family lives far away!
Her tongue is constantly sticking out of her mouth. This has been going on for several weeks now. I am just glad that she doesn’t have the huge red rash around her mouth that kids get.
She is starting to sign more with her own signs and show more emotion. Ryan and I are trying to figure her signs out, but it can be difficult. I am amazed at how she tries to communicate with us though. How do they know these things? On Saturday, I wasn’t paying attention, and Gianna was signing for more food. Eventually, she just started pulling at my sleeve and yelling. It worked!

Daddy’s Pot of Gold
Thanks to Uba and Great-Grandma, Gianna had special St. Patty’s Day t-shirt and shamrock bib.
Lucky To Have Great Friends
Molly and Genevieve came over to go for a walk with us this afternoon. First, Gena (2) read a book to Gianna. It was precious.
I missed the best moment they had today though. Side-by-side, in their matching strollers, the girls were holding hands. I knew I should have brought my camera “just in case.”

Reading
Books are among Gianna’s favorite things lately. She wants to read them, touch them, and chew on them. Grandpa read the Puppy book with Gia tonight while she felt the different textures on the pages.
